Terms of Service

The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is an agreement between the manufacturer and
the consumer of our products specifying the terms and conditions for the regular service
and maintenance. We are head quartered in the Dakshina Kannada district in Karnataka
with presence across India.

One year warranty: During the warranty we provide free service for the first 3 times for one year, from the date of purchase, excluding the electrical and electronic components

because of operational mistakes, electrical fluctuations and filtration components (Micron or spun filter, Sediment filter, Pre-carbon filter, RO and UF membrane, UV Tube) because of the variations in the qualities of water from different water sources.
