Vibrant PU College faced serious environmental and hygiene concerns due to wastewater being drained into a nearby natural water channel. This runoff passed through Areca plantations and fields, resulting in: Persistent foul smell, Water stagnation and rise to mosquitoes that caused frequent complaints from nearby residents which prompted urgent action to deal with the wastewater.

Finally, they decided to install a wastewater treatment plant, because of space constraints, the only model which was advisable & suitable was SKF ELIXER Vulcan STP Plants.

Within no time the plant was installed. Since it’s a Prefabricated model, lead time was very little, and space required is less compared to other models. Even Commissioning was done within a very short period. The treated water quality output was better than the KSPCB (Karnataka State Pollution Control Board) norms.
